Project Overview

Tiuta is a bridging lender operating within cross sector market of residential, buy to let and commercial mortgages. Tiuta had been operating on a home grown case management system, which over time, due the increasing demand for their products had become time consuming and ineffective, leading to rising cost management and resource need. As a result, a more manageable and automated processing system was required.


The Solution

Having realised the need for a new system, Tuita tendered to several leading companies and choose Risk Free to help them develop a be-spoke software solution. Tuita’s initial requirements were for a system, which provided:
  • Letter Automation
  • Multi Product Automated Workflow
  • KFI generation / Offer generation
  • Quick Internal Product Sourcing
  • Ability for Brokers and Clients to track cases
  • POS O online integration
  • Marketing facilities
  • A system which was flexible enough to grow
  • A system that could be tailored to Tiuta’s needs.
After the initial assessment of Tiuta’s needs and business requirements, Risk Free began to draw up a spec for their system to be modified to fit Tiuta’s requirements.  This essentially automated many of Tuita’s current labour intensive processes and managed the workflows more efficiently. The specification, once agreed was developed into a working system solution, which was installed at the client sites. The system was then thoroughly tested over several months before going live.


The future

Tiuta has grown from strength to strength and is now one of the largest bridging loan companies in the UK.  The system, which they now have in place, has proved a blessing in disguise.  As the market now searches for cost and efficiency savings, Tiuta is already ahead of the competition.
